Description

Beach Balance is excited to partner with Student Health Services and their Registered Dietician on March 26, from 4 to 5 p.m. Learn how to use nutrition to support your performance and recovery goals while participating in a fun, full-body workout! Registration is FREE and pre- and post-workout fuel will be provided.

Spots are limited so please reserve your spot on Events & Orgs. If you signed up but are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation to allow other students the opportunity to attend.

Those who book a reservation will need to be at the SRWC Main Gym by 4:10 p.m., or your spot will be given to a student in the stand-by line.
